Experienced & Qualified
Experience
As I learned more about what it takes to perform the duties of JP, I began to realize that this position could provide a great opportunity for me to serve this community. As I progressed from CSISD teacher, to Assistant Principal, to Principal, I was able to have an ever-increasing positive influence on this community. Becoming a Justice of the Peace would allow me to have an even greater positive effect on the community that I love. In my 14 years as a CSISD Assistant Principal and Principal, I was able to “keep the peace” by being the arbiter of many issues involving students, parents, teachers, and community members. As a school administrator in CSISD, I listened to both sides of an issue, weighed the evidence, and rendered fair and just decisions. During my 22 years in CSISD, I was able to have a lasting and positive effect on thousands of students, parents, and community members. Citizens who think that I was an outstanding educator in CSISD will know that I will be an outstanding Justice of the Peace.
