ORIGINALLY FROM DALLAS, MORGAN MOVED TO COLLEGE STATION IN 2008 TO ATTEND TEXAS A&M UNIVERSITY. SHE GRADUATED IN 2012 FROM THE COLLEGE OF ARCHITECTURE WHERE SHE STUDIED ARCHITECTURE & URBAN PLANNING. WHILE ATTENDING SCHOOL MORGAN MARRIED HUSBAND, AND FORMER TEXAS A&M LINEBACKER, KYLE MANGAN. KYLE & MORGAN ENJOY LIVING IN COLLEGE STATION AND RAISING THEIR TWO CHILDREN, KJ AND SLOANE.

 

MORGAN BEGAN HER CAREER IN REAL ESTATE AS A TRANSACTION COORDINATOR AND REAL ESTATE OFFICE MANAGER. IN DOING SO, MORGAN HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO BE INVOLVED WITH EVERY ASPECT OF A REAL ESTATE TRANSACTION. SHE LEARNED THE IMPORTANCE OF TOP-NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND THAT A CLIENT'S BEST-INTEREST IS ALWAYS THE HIGHEST PRIORITY. HER EXPEREINCE EVENTUALLY LED HER TO BECOMING A SUCCESSFUL, FULL-TIME REALTOR. AFTER THREE YEARS AT A BOUTIQUE REAL ESTATE OFFICE, MORGAN OPENED HER OWN BROKERAGE IN BRYAN-COLLEGE STATION. MORGAN, ALONG WITH PARTNER ABBIE WALSH, PRIDES HERSELF ON PROVIDING HANDS-ON CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT IS CATERED TO THE SPECIFIC NEEDS OF EACH CLIENT.

ABBIE WALSH WAS BORN AND RAISED IN AGGIELAND.  IN 2001, SHE GRADUATED FROM TEXAS A&M UNIVERSITY WITH A BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN BUSINESS MARKETING.  SHORTLY AFTER GRADUATION, SHE MARRIED HER CHILDHOOD SWEETHEART, KENN WALSH. A REALTOR MUST ACCUMULATE AT LEAST 3600 POINTS TO QUALIFY FOR A BROKER'S LICENSE BASED ON EXPERIENCE AS A REAL ESTATE LICENSE HOLDER. AN APPLICANT MUST ALSO BE ACTIVELY LICENSED AS A REAL ESTATE SALESPERSON OR BROKER FOR A MINIMUM PERIOD OF 4 YEARS DURING THE 5 YEARS PRECEDING THE DATE THE APPLICATION IS FILED.

 

EXTRA EDUCATION OF 30 HOURS IS ALSO REQUIRED IN THE REAL ESTATE BROKERAGE CLASS WHERE THE FOLLOWING TOPICS WERE STUDIED:
