AFTER DETERMINING THE RENTAL PRICE, WE WILL MARKET A CLIENT’S PROPERTY ON THE WALSH & MANGAN WEBSITE, SYNDICATE IT TO ALL MAJOR REAL ESTATE SITES (TRULIA, ZILLOW, REALTOR, ETC.) AND WILL PLACE THE PROPERTY ON THE LOCAL MLS (MULTIPLE LISTING SERVICE). OUR SERVICES ALSO INCLUDE ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS AND WRITING LEASES ON OUR CLIENT’S BEHALF.
